How to add a logo

Adding your logo the quickest and easiest way to make your blog more powerfully reflect your brand. If you’re a professional photographer, or even a semi-serious hobbyist, we strong recommend uploading a custom logo.

Logo placement

The logo will be left-aligned at the top of your blog for both the One Column and Two Column themes. Theses themes are 950px wide, which means you can create a logo file 950px wide and experiment with logo placement (for example, to create a centered logo). If you’d like to have your design centered, you’ll need to use a tool like Photoshop or Illustrator.

Not all Themes will place the logo in the same spot. You might need to experiment a bit to get your logo placed and sized exactly how you want.

Creating & uploading your logo

In your graphics or image editing program, create a document that is 950px wide, and any size high (around 150px is a pretty good size). It’s always best not to make this image too large, otherwise it will take up a ton of screen space on your blog!

Click the Design menu item, and then on the logo tab:

Click the “Choose File” button, select your logo file, and click the “Upload Logo” button.

You can only have one logo at any time. When you upload a logo it will replace any logos you had previously uploaded.
